At Eurasun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Timeframes

• Dissatisfaction with the product must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• Manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

If the product arrives with visible damage—such as cracks, scratches, broken parts, or missing pieces—you must notify us within the first 24 hours by sending photos or a video showing the condition of the product and its packaging.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• All accessories and components must be included.
• Returns will not be accepted if the product has been modified or altered.

Available options after inspection

• Exchange for another available product.
• Refund of the product value.

Shipping costs are non-refundable when the correct product has been delivered in good condition.

Warranty

All products include a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, send clear photos or a short video showing the defect, along with the original packaging.

The warranty does not cover

• Damage caused after delivery.
• Damage due to water or humidity.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Incorrect or inappropriate use.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Drops, impacts, or resistance tests not recommended.
